Account & Data Deletion
In compliance with Google Play Store User Data Policy, you have full control over your personal and workshop data stored on CloudSoftPro Spare Parts.
What Happens When You Request Deletion?
- Account Credentials: Your login credentials, user profiles, staff accounts, and mobile active session tokens are permanently revoked and purged.
- Workshop Records: Your isolated tenant database records (customer directory, vehicle service histories, and technician assignments) will be completely wiped from active servers.
- Financial & Tax Data: In accordance with local statutory and GST/tax accounting laws, historical tax invoices may be archived in cold storage for statutory retention periods before final shredding.
- Cloud Backups: Automated daily database snapshots are expunged in the subsequent backup rotation cycle (within 30 days).
Two Ways to Request Account & Data Deletion:
Method 1: Inside the Mobile App
Open CloudSoftPro App → Tap Settings → Tap Workshop Profile → Select "Delete Account & Purge Data".
